About Vamp:
Vamp Bags is a woman owned company that was born in July 2005. Our goal is to have a sustainable and animal friendly business in the most environmentally conscious way possible. The first Vamp Bags were made from recycled vintage clothing. The tag line was ‘you’ve been re-Vamped’. That’s how we got our name!
Once we realized that our styles were so popular we decided to go to production and found a local woman owned company to partner with. Our search for environmentally and animal friendly materials that enhanced the style and luxury of our bags began…. and continues still! (see ‘eco-friendly’ for more information)
We’re proud to say that some of our first born designs are still our hottest sellers . Each a classic design that uniquely adds her/his own individual personality. Our designs are named after people who inspire us – friends, family, movie stars, role-models, etc. In naming the designs and giving them individual identities each style becomes more than just a bag!
One of our favorite parts of the day is to read our e-mails from Vamps around the world that write and tell us of the adventures they and their Vamp Bags get up to! Each one loves the attention their bag brings.
